Feedback
Reporting a problem with a screenshot, and the credit a confirmed report earns.
Settings, Feedback: say what went wrong, mark it on a screenshot
Report a problem opens a short form: What went wrong, and what did you expect?, and a place to Add screenshot, by file or by pasting one. On the screenshot you can draw marks where the problem is and write a note on each. Send report sends it to a person.
- 01
Describe it
What happened and what you expected instead. One sentence each is enough; the screenshot carries the rest.
- 02
Add a screenshot and mark it
Attach or paste a picture of the screen, then draw on it where the fault is. Each mark can carry its own note.
- 03
Send, then watch it under Sent reports
Sent reports lists what you sent, when, and where each one stands under Status. A report that leads to a fix shows Reward: the credit it earned, already on your balance.
Questions
Reports
How much does a report earn?
The amount is shown on the report itself once it is confirmed, and it is on your balance at the same moment. It is not promised in advance.
The screenshot is too large to send.
Crop it to the part that matters, or paste a fresh capture of that part; the form says when a picture is over the limit.
Something is wrong but it is not a bug.
Write to [email protected]. The report form is for things that are broken; a person reads the mailbox for everything else.
