Docs · Files and export
Storage
How much room your files take, whether there is a limit, and where to clear space.
Settings, Storage: one line and one button
The line says how much your files take. If the account has a limit, it says so as used of limit, with a bar; if it has none, it says only what is used. Manage storage opens the libraries, Files and Images, where you clear out what you no longer need. Under it, a note that deleted files wait in the bin before they go for good.
What counts
Every file in your account: uploads, exports, pictures made in chats, models built or handed in, files in portfolios.
Freeing space
Delete from Files or Images. A deleted file still counts while it sits in Recently deleted; the space comes back when the bin lets it go, or at once with Empty bin. Files and the bin is the page for that.
Questions
Storage
What happens at the limit?
Clear the bin first, then delete what you can spare; if your work needs more than the account has, write to [email protected].
Do files on my own computer count?
No. What Bench makes on your machine stays on your machine and is not stored here unless you bring it into a chat or hand it in to a collection.
