Your data
What sits on your machine, what sits with your account, and how to delete it.
Two halves, and what each one holds
DuoHand runs in two halves: a chat on our servers and a pair of hands on your machine. What each half holds is different, and you can empty either.
On your machine
Your files, the models Bench builds, and the folders it writes into. They stay there unless you send them.
With your account
What you bring into a chat, so a collection carries on where you left it. You can delete it.
Payments
Handled by Stripe. Card details never reach DuoHand.
Questions
Your data
Does what I train get used beyond my account?
It can. Training is a switch in Settings, and while it is on, what you approve there can be used to improve DuoHand itself: as you wrote it, rewritten, or as a starting point. Once a contribution has been adopted it is part of what every agent knows and cannot be taken back. Switching training off stops anything that has not been adopted yet.
Your collections, files and chats are not this. They are yours, and nothing in them is used to train DuoHand for anyone else.
Can I take a copy of everything?
Yes. Settings, Data, Export your data packs everything this account holds into a download: every record that is yours and every file still in your library, with credentials such as pairing codes left out and the bin left out. The download stays for a day and opens nothing else - it is a copy, not a way in.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Ask at [email protected] and the account and its content go. Credit on the account ends with it, so spend it first; Credit says what that means.
Who can see a collection?
You, and whoever you invite to it.
