Credit

What credit is, how long it lasts, and what happens when a charge is wrong.

Credit stays credit

A top-up buys credit on your account. It does not expire, and it is spent on work rather than exchanged back into money, so there is no hurry to use it and no window to miss.

  • Topped up more than you needed

It stays on the account for as long as you want, and it carries across collections.

  • A run that stopped halfway

We cover it. A round that fails never reaches your balance.

  • Charged for something that did not happen

Tell us and we put it right. Money we should not have taken goes back to the card it came from.

Questions

Credit

Can I turn credit back into money?

No. Credit is spent on work. It does not expire, so what you have stays yours to use.

What if you charge me wrongly?

Write to [email protected] and a person reads it. If we took money we should not have, it goes back to the card it came from, and the balance is corrected to match.

Can I close the account and get the balance back?

Closing the account ends the credit with it, so spend it before you close. Write to [email protected] when you want the account closed.

Does this limit my rights as a consumer?

No. Nothing here affects the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
