Settings, Usage: one month, split by the kind of work
This month is what the account has spent since the first of the month, Sydney time. Where it went splits it by kind: Chats, Pictures, Web search, Voice and Other. A month with nothing spent says so. The figure is the same credit the replies carry, added up.
Three places to read the same spend
On each reply, as it happens. Here, for the month, by kind. And in a collection's Room settings, as Spent on this collection, for that room alone.
What is not here
A day-by-day list, and a list by collection across all rooms. The month total and the kinds are what this row shows; a single collection's total is on its own Room settings.
Questions
Usage
When does the month reset?
On the first of the month, Sydney time, where DuoHand keeps its books.
Usage shows less than I remember spending.
A run that broke on our side is not charged and does not appear here. Check the reply: a run that failed carries no price.
Does topping up show here?
No. This is spending only; the balance and top-ups are under Credits. Topping up is that page.
